The Sales Manager is responsible to drive sales to expand and grow Reszon business by executing value-driven solution sales activities through local and international channel partners.

You will have opportunity to plan, develop and execute a new product launch and/or new market entry strategy for both local and Southeast Asia rapid test kit market.


  • Manage and service assigned sales channels to ensure sales target achievement
  • Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media and other channel
  • Conduct regular market visits to build relationship to acquire business and competition business intelligence
  • Prepare and deliver quality presentations on products and services for internal and external stakeholders
  • Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly statistical report comparing target besides maintaining up-to-date customer database, regular update on industry & competition insights
  • Keep track of sell-through to ensure forecast accuracy to meet quarterly target
  • Organize trade-show and in-house activities with the purpose of connecting prospect and customer to achieve revenue goals
  • Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time
  • Besides negotiate/close sales, expect to handle customer complaints and product inquiries
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve better results


  • Previous experience of driving channel sales ideally within clinical diagnostics, In-vitro diagnostics (IVD) or Point-of-Care testing market and channel
  • Experience selling and managing international sales channel especially Southeast Asia market
  • Strong personal or business network within the industry
  • Result-driven and solution-oriented to achieve company financial objectives
  • Strong communication skills, the ability to plan strategically and analytically, and effective people skills and relationship-building skills to interact with potential customers and team members
