
Perak, 16 Feb 2025 – Reszon Diagnostics International Sdn. Bhd. (“Reszon”) successfully conducted its first Team Building event on 15-16 February 2025 at Adeline Villa & Rest House, Gopeng. Organized by the Human Resources Department and team members of team building committee members, the event gathered 40 employees for a series of structured activities designed to foster teamwork and collaboration under the theme “Reszon in Unity: Growing Strong as One.” This initiative aligns with Reszon’s commitment to Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles, reinforcing sustainable team development and corporate responsibility.


Building Bonds, Breaking Barriers
The program commenced with a series of ice-breaking activities aimed at establishing a strong foundation for teamwork and camaraderie. Through a series of collaborative challenges, problem-solving tasks, and trust-building exercises, participants strengthened their connections and developed a deeper sense of togetherness. These activities were scheduled in the morning sessions on both days to ensure maximum engagement and participation.









Outdoor Jungle Trekking Adventure
A key highlight of the event was the jungle trekking activity, where the participants navigated natural trails and supported one another throughout the journey. The trek led us to a beautiful waterfall, where we celebrated our achievement by splashing, relaxing, and enjoying the refreshing waters together. It was the perfect reward after an exhilarating journey, creating unforgettable moments of fun, and pure team spirit.




Evening Celebration and Employee Recognition
The event concluded with a Glow Night Gathering, which featured team performances, interactive games, and a special birthday celebration for employees born in February 2025. Additionally, the Reszon Staff Recognition award acknowledged individuals who demonstrated outstanding energy, positivity, and leadership within the organization. This celebratory evening fostered a sense of appreciation and strengthened workplace morale, emphasizing social sustainability through inclusivity and employee well-being.
